from the FRCS ps 21:

Because characters of these powerful races, possess a higher level
than just their character level alone, they do not gain levels as fast
as a normal character. Add your character's level adjustment to
your Character level to arrive at your effective character level
(ECL). From now on, this character uses his ECL to determine
how many experience points he needs to reach a new level.
These
characters begin play with the minimum number of experience
points needed to be a normal character of their ECL. You still use
the character's actual level for everything else (such as when you
acquire feats, skill point acquisition, and so on).

So for you ECL+ characters, you use your class levels for BAB, Saves, Feat progression, etc. not your character's ECL.

Twilight players,
During the off week (September 7, 2010) I will be creating character pages for the campaign website. After the Aug 31st session, I will need an updated copy of your character sheet. Also, if there is artwork that you think exemplifies your character, let me know that as well and I will try to incorporate it. Please try to include proper attribution for work not of your own creation.

I will also be auditing the sheets. Bonus XP will be awarded for for completeness and acuracy.

Attention Twilighters,
Doing my audits, I see that the Skulk race in Races of Destiny has a few issues. The most important of which is table 4-2 The Skulk is confusing (RoD pg 105). The table does not match the descriptive text lists under the SKULK RACIAL TRAITS heading on page 106 of Races of Destiny.

Based on the SKULK RACIAL TRAITS text I see the benefits as such:

Code:
Table 4-2: The Skulk

       Base
       Attack       Fort Ref  Will  Skill
Level  Bonus   HD   Save Save Save  Points           CR   Special
-----  -----   --   ---- ---- ----  ------           --   -----
Totals
       +1      2d8  +0   +3   +0    (2 + Int mod)×5  2    +4 Dex,  +8 Hide, +15 Move Silently, general feat
                                                          -2 Wis,  -4 Cha
trackless path, innate nondetection, peerless camo

Level 1 and level 2 are Racial Levels, level 3 is the ECL adjustement.

There is no official errata, so I am making the above ruling.
